LINDUM CRICKET CLUB

Founded in 1856, Lindum is one of Lincolnshire's finest and most established cricket clubs. With five men's senior sides competing on Saturdays and Sundays, a junior program spanning from All Stars (five years of age) to under 15s, as well as a thriving ladies set-up, the club is proud to cater for all.

The Saturday 1st XI compete in the Lincolnshire ECB Premier League, the highest standard possible in the county, and take pride in the fact that a large portion of the side are products of the club's junior set-up. The 2nd and 3rd XIs compete in the Lincolnshire County League, providing opportunities for people to play regular cricket and also forming a pathway up to the 1st XI. The Sunday 1st XI play in the Lincoln & District Premier League, whilst the Sunday Academy provides the perfect opportunity with our club's juniors to first partake in competitive adult cricket, in Division 3 of the Lincoln & District League.

The women's side are a reasonably recent yet incredibly welcome addition to our club. The ladies train and compete almost all year round, both indoors and outdoors, and are a huge part also of the social aspect of the club.

The junior set-up has always been a huge facet and source of pride to the club, ever since its foundation by Lincolnshire cricket pioneer, Harry Pougher, many years ago. The All Stars and Dynamos programs run during the summer for children aged 5-8, whilst our U'9, U'10, U'11, U'13 and U'15 sides train and play regularly throughout the year and, over the years, have acted as an endless conveyor belt of talent for the club.
