Lindum Cricket Club is an ECB Focus Club with Clubmark Accreditation and celebrated its 150th Anniversary in 2006. The ground is in the shadow of Lincoln Cathedral and the club has hosted Minor County, Gillette Cup, Nat West Trophy and more recently C&G matches over the years.
Lincoln has a Roman heritage and its name came from Lindum Colonia where the 9th Legion were stationed and giving us a Roman Centurion as our club logo.

The 1st XI plays in the Lincolnshire Cricket Board Premier League and the 2nd XI, Lindum Ramblers, play in the South Lincs and Border Southern Feeder League. The Club has a Sunday XI in the Premier Division of the Lincoln and District Sunday League and a 2nd XI in the Sunday League Second Division with the purpose of developing young players in adult cricket.
The club also caters for 150 Junior Players between the ages of 7-17yrs old by structured sports coaching sessions and running 10 Youth Teams at U/9, U/11, U/13 and U/15 and levels.
The club and Lincoln were at the forefront of developing Kwik Cricket in the UK and it is believed that Lincoln had the first ever Kwik Cricket League. We are affiliated to the Lincolnshire County Cricket Board and many of our young players represent Lincolnshire at their sport at inter county level.
The Lindum is home to LINDUM HOCKEY CLUB. During the summer of 2015 Lincoln and Lincoln Roses merged to form one club.
Training takes place weekday evenings August to March. Matches on Saturdays and some Sundays. Junior Hockey Training for a wide age range takes place on Saturday mornings. For training details go to Lindum Hockey Club website.

Lindum Squash boast 3 courts, including a glass back exhibition court with tiered seating, and a welcoming bar area.
Lindum Squash caters for all ages and abilities and for those wanting sports competition there are internal leagues on a monthly promotion/relegation cycle. Regular Club Nights offer the opportunity for all members to come along and play without prior arrangement. There is an active junior section and group coaching is available to junior members and non-members every Saturday morning and afternoon.
We play duplicate bridge three times a week, on Mondays and Thursdays we start at 6.45pm. On Wednesday we play in the afternoon from 1.45pm. Master points are issued for all sessions.
We average ten tables a session and the club is affiliated to the EBU.
New members are always welcome and a partner can be arranged by contacting the competition secretary beforehand.
